How do I remove the background from a photo online?

What is the difference between Fast and Quality modes?
Fast uses a lighter model and suits simple photos. Quality takes longer but handles difficult edges more precisely — hair, fur and semi-transparent details.
Is my photo sent to a server?
No. The detection model is downloaded into your browser and runs on your device; the photo itself is never uploaded.
Why is the first run slow?
The first time, your browser downloads the model — a few tens of megabytes. After that it is cached, so the next photos are processed faster.
What format is the result?
