Military calisthenics is bodyweight training focused on endurance and volume: lots of reps, little rest, clean form. This tool builds a workout from 35+ exercises for your level, time and whether you have a pull-up bar, guides you through it with a timer, and gives you an 8-week progressive program with a test at the start and the end.
Army-style bodyweight PT: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees and 8-count bodybuilders. The focus is endurance and volume — lots of reps, little rest, clean form.
A circuit is 6–7 moves back to back with rest after each round. EMOM means a set at the top of every minute, resting for the remainder. A pyramid uses pull-ups, push-ups and squats in a 1:2:3 ratio, climbing from 1 to a peak and back down.
Three workouts a week: circuit, EMOM and pyramid. Load increases weekly, weeks 4 and 8 are deloads, and the last day is a retest. Finished workouts are checked off automatically.
It is an approximate scale inspired by army PT tests, not an official standard. It accounts for sex and age: 60 points is a pass, 100 is the max. Your result is used to tune the reps in your workouts.
No. Without a bar, pull-ups are replaced with floor back exercises — supermans, Y-T-W raises and reverse snow angels.
